All three certificates were issued by Zhongjing Certification (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. on 6 November 2025 and remain valid through 16 November 2027, subject to annual surveillance audits. Routine tests

Routine tests are carried out on 100% of the units we ship. The record sheet travels with the transformer.

  • Winding resistance measurement
  • Ratio and vector group verification
  • No-load loss and no-load current
  • Load loss and short-circuit impedance
  • Applied voltage (power frequency withstand) test
  • Induced overvoltage test
  • Insulation resistance measurement
  • Oil dielectric strength test, for oil-immersed units
Series qualification

Type tests and energy efficiency

Type test and energy efficiency reports are available from national testing laboratories for the main production series, with Chinese and English copies for tenders and customer review.

Our low voltage distribution products carry national compulsory product certification (CCC) type test reports.

Management systems

How the factory is run

Production follows a quality management system with incoming material inspection, in-process inspection and final testing under full control.

  • Grade-1 enterprise service capability certificate for engineering and technical research and experimental development
  • Utility model patent for an outdoor oil-immersed transformer for high-altitude wind power stations

How to read our certificates

Buyers outside China often assume a type test report is an international certificate. It usually is not, and we would rather say so clearly than have you find out during a tender.

  • Our type test reports are issued by national testing laboratories in China, and state the standard they were tested against
  • Where a report is issued against a GB standard, we say GB, and we provide the clause-by-clause comparison with IEC 60076 if your specification asks for IEC
  • Energy efficiency classes are reported as Chinese Class-1 and Class-2, and we will map them to your national or EU requirement on request
  • CCC certification applies to our low voltage assemblies and is a Chinese compulsory scheme, not a CE marking
  • CE marking, KEMA or CESI type tests are not held by default; if your project requires them, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what can be arranged
  • Verified as a qualified supplier on the State Grid e-commerce platform in China, which is relevant to Chinese utility tenders
